Neck Lift — Before & After

This man in his 60s came in one year after a face and neck lift performed in Mexico, unhappy with the lack of definition under his chin and along his jawline. With thicker skin and persistent laxity he was an excellent candidate for a direct T-to-Z neck lift — directly removing redundant skin, tightening the anterior platysma, and removing fat beneath it. Performed in-office under local anesthesia in about 1.5 hours; his incision healed so well the scar is essentially imperceptible, and he returned to normal activities within a week.
