A breast lift (mastopexy) elevates, reshapes, and repositions descended breast tissue to restore a youthful, lifted contour. It addresses breast ptosis (sagging) caused by pregnancy, breastfeeding, significant weight loss, gravity, or natural aging — without necessarily adding volume. The nipple and areola are repositioned to a higher, more youthful position as part of the procedure.

Surgery Day
Breast lift takes 2–3 hours under general anesthesia. Breast tissue is reshaped internally, the nipple-areola complex is repositioned, and excess skin is removed. You go home the same day.
Recovery & Results
Most patients take 7–10 days off work. A surgical bra is worn for 6 weeks. Swelling resolves over 4–6 weeks. Final breast shape and scar maturity develop over 4–6 months.

- Breast ptosis — nipples at or below the inframammary fold
- Downward-pointing nipples or elongated breast shape
- Loss of upper breast fullness after pregnancy or weight loss

- Good overall health and stable weight for 6+ months
- Done with pregnancy and breastfeeding (results can be affected by future pregnancy)
