Relax the muscle, smooth the line
Dynamic wrinkles — forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet — are creases the skin folds into every time a muscle contracts. Neuromodulators interrupt that cycle at the source.
The muscle contracts
A nerve releases a signal (acetylcholine) that tells the muscle to squeeze. Repeated over years, that squeezing etches a line into the skin above it.
We block the signal
A tiny, targeted dose of botulinum toxin type A temporarily blocks that nerve signal at the junction with the muscle — only in the muscles we choose.
The skin smooths
The muscle relaxes, the overlying skin stops folding, and the line softens over the following days — while every muscle we didn't treat keeps working normally.

Neuromodulator brands
We treat with Botox and Dysport — the two most established, best-studied neuromodulators. We include Daxxify, Jeuveau, and Xeomin here for reference so you can compare the options — we don't currently carry them. All are FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A products; they differ mainly in formulation, onset, spread, and how long they last.

At most med-spas, your Botox is placed by whichever nurse or aesthetician is on shift that day. Here, every neuromodulator treatment is performed by Dr. Andre Levesque personally, or by Hilda Oropeza, Medical Assistant, whom Dr. Levesque trained himself and has worked alongside for years.
Hilda assists Dr. Levesque in facelift surgery — where the very muscles we target with Botox and Dysport are exposed and worked on directly. Seeing those muscles firsthand, again and again, gives her an understanding of facial anatomy that a weekend injectables course simply can't teach. When she treats you, she knows exactly what each muscle does and how relaxing it will change your expression.
That's the difference: your results come from anatomical judgment, not a memorized set of injection points — the same judgment Dr. Levesque brings to the operating room.
What Botox & Dysport can do
Forehead lines
Soften the horizontal lines across the forehead while keeping a natural, mobile brow.
Frown lines (the "11s")
Relax the glabellar muscles between the brows that create an angry or tired look.
Crow's feet
Smooth the fine lines that fan out from the corners of the eyes when you smile.
Masseter / jaw slimming & TMJ
Relax an overdeveloped masseter to slim a square jawline and ease clenching, TMJ pain, and tension headaches.
Lip flip
A few units along the upper lip create a subtly fuller look without filler — great on its own or with lip filler.
Gummy smile
Soften an overactive upper-lip muscle so more lip, and less gum, shows when you smile.
Brow lift (chemical)
Strategic placement can lift and open the brow for a refreshed, more awake appearance.
Chin & neck bands
Smooth a dimpled "orange-peel" chin and soften vertical platysmal neck bands (a "Nefertiti" effect).
Underarm sweating
Neuromodulators can markedly reduce excessive underarm sweating (hyperhidrosis) for months at a time.
Transparent, per-unit pricing
Dysport is dosed differently than Botox (roughly 2.5–3 Dysport units per 1 Botox unit), so the per-treatment cost works out comparable.
