From application to surgery, financing is straightforward — most patients are approved and funded in under a week.

Meet with Dr. Levesque to discuss your goals. At the end of your consultation you'll receive a complete, itemized quote for your procedure — the number you'll finance.

Apply for Financing

Apply online with Cherry, CareCredit, Alphaeon, or PatientFi — or ask our team to assist you in-office. Most applications receive an instant decision. You can apply before your consultation if you prefer.

Schedule Your Surgery

Once approved and your surgical date is set, your financing is used to pay your surgical fee. You then make monthly payments directly to your financing partner — no follow-up billing from our office.

Financing FAQ

Applying with CareCredit, Alphaeon Credit, Cherry, or PatientFi usually involves a hard credit inquiry, which can have a small, temporary effect on your score — that's standard for any credit application. If that's a concern, ask my office about soft-pull pre-qualification options that some of these lenders offer before a formal application.
Yes — some patients split their procedure cost between two financing sources, especially if one lender approves a partial amount. My team can walk you through the options at your consultation, and some patients combine financing with savings or a credit card for part of the balance.
CareCredit, Alphaeon Credit, Cherry, and PatientFi each set their own approval criteria, which can change over time. Generally a score above 620 improves your odds, and higher scores unlock promotional rates and larger limits. Alphaeon Credit is often noted for approving a broader range of credit profiles than traditional lenders. The best way to know is to apply — decisions are usually instant.
None of these lenders charge prepayment penalties — you can pay your balance off early anytime without extra fees. If you're on a promotional 0% APR plan, paying the full balance before the promo period ends means you pay zero interest on the financed amount.
Promotional 0% APR plans let you pay no interest as long as the full balance is paid before the promo period ends (up to 12 months). If it isn't paid off by then, deferred interest from the original purchase date can be applied. I'd review the terms carefully, make at least the minimum monthly payment, and pay extra when you can to clear it before the window closes.
Yes. The itemized quote I give you after your consultation covers surgeon fee, facility, and anesthesia — no surprise add-ons. If your plan changes (say you decide to add a procedure), I'll give you a revised quote before we schedule anything. I believe in complete price transparency.

Financial & Scheduling Policies

Please review our financial and scheduling policies before booking your procedure. These policies exist to protect your surgical date and ensure fairness to all patients on our schedule.

Surgical Deposit & Payment

  • •A non-refundable surgical deposit is required to reserve your operating room date. The deposit amount is communicated at your consultation.
  • •Full payment is due no later than 14 days before your surgery date. Procedures not paid in full by this date may be rescheduled.
  • •We accept cash, all major credit cards, and financing through CareCredit, Alphaeon Credit, Cherry, and PatientFi.
  • •Financing must be approved and confirmed before your surgical date is held.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • •Cancellations more than 14 days before surgery receive a refund of all fees paid minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • •Cancellations within 14 days of surgery may forfeit additional fees due to facility, anesthesia, and staffing commitments that cannot be recovered.
  • •Rescheduling more than 14 days in advance can typically be accommodated with no penalty, subject to availability.
  • •Dr. Levesque reserves the right to postpone surgery if pre-operative health requirements are not met (uncontrolled blood pressure, recent illness, active smoking, elevated labs).

Consultation & Revision Policy

  • •Surgical consultations are always with Dr. Levesque personally. Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • •Post-operative follow-up visits are included in your surgical care. Please attend all scheduled follow-ups.
  • •Minor in-office revisions deemed appropriate by Dr. Levesque may be performed at no additional surgeon fee within 12 months of the original procedure. Facility and anesthesia fees apply to all secondary surgical procedures.
