Breast Augmentation — Before & After

This very fit, thin patient had upper-pole volume loss, a wide gap between the breasts, and a soft-tissue deficiency over the sternum and upper breast. Dr. Levesque used a dual-plane augmentation with 355cc moderate-plus implants through an inframammary incision, scoring some of the breast tissue to help it expand and shape. He then added fat transfer — 75cc to the sternum and upper poles — to camouflage the thin tissue. Because her tissues stayed thin and she wanted the right side slightly larger, a second stage exchanged the right implant to 385cc and added more fat (90cc left breast, 50cc right, 20cc sternum). Given a challenging, constricted starting point, her result shows a marked improvement in shape and coverage.
