After two children this patient had lost fullness and wore an A-to-B cup; she wanted to reach a full C to D. 3D VECTRA simulation guided a 355cc Sientra HSC+ smooth-round moderate-plus implant placed in a subglandular pocket through an inframammary fold incision. An ERAS protocol with multimodal pain control minimized narcotic use and sped recovery. Her scars sit entirely in the native fold and are not visible; the surgical result even exceeded the Vectra prediction.
