Dr. Levesque used dimensional analysis to choose a Sientra HSC+ moderate-plus implant that matched her chest width without exceeding it — a 455cc size — placed submuscular (retromuscular) through an inframammary fold incision with a Keller funnel. The outpatient procedure at Westlake Hills surgery center used an ERAS protocol for a quick recovery. She went from an A to a D cup with a natural result and well-positioned, durable scars.
