Breast Fat Transfer — Before & After

This patient chose a natural, implant-free breast augmentation using her own fat. Dr. Levesque harvested fat by liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, lateral chest, and back, then transferred 300cc of it into each breast (autologous fat grafting). She is shown at three months with a natural result: the transitions from the axilla to the breast are improved with a very natural slope, seen best on the oblique views. She gained a modest increase in size, but the biggest improvement is in the shaping of the breasts. What the photos don't capture is the substantial improvement in skin texture, thickness, and overall quality that fat transfer commonly provides.
