Dr. Levesque on the Deep Plane Facelift
A deep plane lift with deep neck contouring lets me do two things at once: reposition midface volume upward and clean out the deep neck for a sharper jawline. The submental incision addresses sub-platysmal fat that a lateral-only approach can't reach.
The result is a remarkable but subtle change — enhanced volume in the cheeks and around the eyes, reduced heaviness in the lower face and neck, and well-hidden incisions that preserve her ability to wear her hair up. She still looks like herself, not operated on.
