Eyelid Lift — Before & After

A man in his 40s felt his eyes looked tired, with significant lower-eye-bag puffiness. On exam he had prominent fat in the medial, central, and temporal lower lids with mild excess skin and lower-lid laxity. Dr. Levesque performed a transcutaneous lower-lid blepharoplasty in-office under local anesthesia — a precise incision below the lashes, fat removal, release of the orbito-malar ligament, and a canthopexy with muscle sling for lower-lid support.
