Eyelid Lift — Before & After

This patient had lower-eyelid fullness, skin laxity, and contour irregularities that read as tired and aged, with early midface descent increasing orbital-rim show. Dr. Levesque performed a subciliary lower-lid blepharoplasty with lateral canthopexy to support the lid, plus autologous fat transfer to the midface to restore volume and smooth the lid-cheek junction.
