Eyelid Lift — Before & After

This patient wanted facial rejuvenation before a wedding, with her main concerns the lower face, neck, and eyelids. Dr. Levesque performed a SMAS-plication facelift to preserve and elevate the cheek, repositioned the lower-eyelid fat and lifted the midface, and addressed upper-eyelid heaviness with an upper-lid blepharoplasty and fat grafting to the superior orbit and brow. Fat grafting to the cheeks, nasolabial folds, and temples added harmonious volume, and an anterior open neck approach tightened the platysma. Shown one year after surgery (outpatient, under general anesthesia).
