Eyelid Lift — Before & After

This patient had a previous upper-lid blepharoplasty by another surgeon and still felt her upper lids were heavy. Dr. Levesque performed an open-sky upper-lid blepharoplasty through an upper-lid crease incision, carefully contouring skin, muscle, and fat for a smoother, more youthful appearance with no visible scars. A deep-plane face and neck lift was performed at the same time — all under local anesthesia, with no general anesthesia or IV sedation.
