Eyelid Lift — Before & After

This patient felt she looked tired. A full facial analysis identified moderate upper-lid ptosis (worse on the right), a slightly low lateral brow, and a longer-than-ideal upper-lip length. Dr. Levesque performed an upper-lid blepharoplasty with ptosis repair (open-sky, tarsolevator advancement), a subperiosteal lateral brow lift through a small incision behind the hairline, and a bullhorn lip lift to shorten the upper lip — all in-office under local anesthesia.
