Facial Fat Grafting — Before & After

This patient had lost facial volume and had tried multiple fillers with variable results. Dr. Levesque used the patient's own fat — harvested and transferred in-office under local anesthesia in about an hour — to restore volume naturally. Recovery is easy: minimal discomfort for a day or two and swelling largely gone within a week. Note the improved cheek contour and softened facial creases seen against the pre-operative photos.
