Neck Lift — Before & After

This man in his 40s wanted better definition in his neck and jawline. With minimal subcutaneous fat and thick skin he was an excellent candidate for an in-office open (deep) neck lift under local anesthesia — removing deep fat beneath the platysma and tightening the muscle through a small incision hidden under the chin, with no incisions around the ears. Simultaneous fat transfer to the chin and cheeks restored volume for a natural, more masculine profile. Liposuction alone could not remove the deep neck fat.
