Breast Augmentation — Before & After

This mother of two in her 40s had lost breast volume and wanted a natural augmentation without lift scars. 3D VECTRA imaging showed asymmetry — a higher fold and smaller volume on the right — so Dr. Levesque used different implant sizes to balance her: 360cc on the right and 310cc on the left, placed subfascially with Motiva Ergonomix Demi implants. The Ergonomix design gives a natural upper-pole contour with maximal projection just below the implant midpoint, which helps a mildly low nipple position read as lifted. Key lower-pole connective tissue was preserved to stabilize the implants and reduce bottoming out — improving symmetry and restoring a youthful contour without a mastopexy.
