Breast Augmentation — Before & After

This mother lost breast volume after childbearing and wanted to restore it while staying proportional. Because she has an active lifestyle, Dr. Levesque avoided the functional impact of submuscular placement; 3D VECTRA simulation set the size at 350cc. The one-hour outpatient procedure used an inframammary fold incision and subglandular placement, appropriate given her adequate soft-tissue pinch thickness and her wish not to affect the chest muscles. She had some baseline ptosis, but chose augmentation alone to avoid additional breast scars.
