This mother of three was at a healthy weight but had lost breast volume after childbearing. 3D VECTRA imaging guided the choice of a 385cc moderate classic implant — a relatively wide, tall shape that fills the envelope without pushing her own tissue and areola too far off center. Dr. Levesque used a dual-plane approach to improve implant stability and give a subtle areolar lift. Rather than adding a mastopexy, a lower-profile implant plus a dual-plane release adjusted the upper- and lower-pole proportions for a natural result. Recovery was smooth with ERAS protocols, the one-hour procedure produced natural, proportional breasts, and the inframammary scars are hidden.
