For a petite patient, restraint is the whole game — a low-plus profile at a modest 220cc adds shape and cleavage without overwhelming a small frame or looking operated. Dual-plane placement gives the thin soft tissue better coverage and long-term support.
The inframammary incision keeps the scar tucked in the fold and out of sight. The goal here was a believable result that reads as her own body, just fuller.
