This patient in her 50s wanted more breast fullness and cleavage. On exam she had good symmetry but a loss of fullness in the upper pole, with excellent skin quality and minimal ptosis. Guided by 3D VECTRA simulation, Dr. Levesque selected a 425cc Sientra moderate-profile implant to harmonize with her frame, placed in a subfascial pocket through an inframammary fold incision — her ample breast tissue gave good coverage. Recovery was swift, and the result is a natural, proportional enhancement with a subtly more youthful nipple position.
