This mother of three had lost breast volume, especially in the upper pole, and wanted to restore her previous D-cup fullness. 3D VECTRA imaging guided the choice of a 510cc moderate-profile Sientra implant — natural fullness without excess projection, keeping the nipple-areola well positioned. Dr. Levesque used an inframammary fold incision and dual-plane (partially submuscular) placement to give a moderate elevation of the breast tissue and nipple. The result is proportional with discreet scars. (This was part of a larger body-contouring session — VASER liposuction with Renuvion of the abdomen, flanks, back and thighs, plus fat transfer to the buttocks — shown in the body galleries.)

Dr. Levesque on the Breast Augmentation

When the volume loss is mostly upper-pole, a moderate-profile implant at a generous volume restores that fullness without over-projecting the lower pole. Dual-plane placement gives a bit of tissue and nipple elevation, which can substitute for a formal lift in the right patient.

The inframammary incision keeps the scar hidden and the medial dissection lets us build cleavage along the fold. Her result balances nicely with the body-contouring work done at the same time.
