Originally a 38B, this patient wanted to restore a fuller D-to-DD after pregnancies. Dr. Levesque used a subfascial pocket to prevent animation deformity and spare chest-muscle function, with an inframammary fold incision for its safety profile. A moderate-profile 510cc implant gave a taller, wider upper pole while limiting how far the native tissue is pushed forward — which helps prevent future sagging or a waterfall appearance. Sizing was set with 3D VECTRA analysis and in-office trials. At the same time he performed suction-assisted liposuction, removing about 200cc of fat from each lateral chest to refine the overall breast contour.

A subfascial pocket at this volume keeps the implant off the muscle — no animation deformity — while a moderate profile fills the breast without shoving the tissue so far forward that it slides off the implant later as a waterfall.

Adding 200cc of liposuction to each lateral chest is what sharpens the result — reducing the side roll lets the augmented breast read as a clean, defined mound rather than blending into the chest wall.
