Breast Augmentation — Before & After

This mother of two was in great shape but had lost breast volume with some ptosis and wanted her volume and shape restored. 3D VECTRA simulation set the size at a 350cc Sientra HSC moderate-profile implant. With adequate breast tissue, Dr. Levesque used a subglandular pocket through an inframammary fold incision. A moderate profile was chosen to support her own breast tissue rather than push it too far forward and risk a waterfall deformity. She is shown at four months with excellent shape, size, and symmetry. A VASER lipoabdominoplasty was performed at the same time.
