This patient wanted a proportional enlargement after losing volume over time. 3D VECTRA simulation put her in the 475–570cc range, and Dr. Levesque selected a Mentor moderate-plus saline implant (475cc filled to 500cc). Because she had adequate breast tissue, the implants were placed in front of the muscle in a subglandular pocket through an inframammary fold incision. The result is a natural enlargement with hidden scars and great symmetry.
