This mother of three had lost breast volume and wanted a natural-looking augmentation. 3D VECTRA simulation set the size at a 510cc Sientra HSC smooth-round moderate-profile implant. Because she had enough breast tissue to conceal the implant, Dr. Levesque used a subglandular pocket — which allows very rapid recovery with minimal pain, no disruption of the pectoralis muscle, and no risk of animation deformity. An inframammary fold incision was used for maximal safety.
