This mother of five had lost breast volume and wanted enhancement without a lift. 3D VECTRA simulation guided a 385cc Sientra HSC smooth-round moderate-profile implant placed with a Dual Plane III release through an inframammary incision. The dual-plane release let Dr. Levesque improve shape without putting too much stress on already-stretched breast tissue, and avoided the scars of a lift. She had Lipo360 and a lipoabdominoplasty at the same time, so the torso is also refreshed in these photos.
