This healthy, fit patient wanted to enlarge her breasts. With enough soft-tissue support, Dr. Levesque used a subglandular (in front of the muscle) pocket, which allows a smoother recovery and avoids animation deformity when the arms and chest muscles are used. He placed 350cc Sientra HSC+ high-profile smooth-round silicone implants through an inframammary incision, using a Keller funnel so the implant never touches the skin. An ERAS protocol sped her recovery. She reached a full D cup.
