She started at about an A cup and wanted to reach a C. 3D VECTRA simulation guided a 285cc Sientra smooth-round moderate-plus silicone implant placed with a dual-plane (partial submuscular) technique through an inframammary fold incision. She is shown about three months post-op, back to an active lifestyle, with a natural, proportional result.
