She had enough breast tissue that an implant alone was tempting, but augmentation without a lift would have left the nipple sitting too low and thrown off the balance. Pairing a lift with a small, low-profile implant restores cleavage and fills the upper pole while keeping a natural shape.
The low-profile choice is deliberate — it adds fullness up high rather than projecting the breast forward, which also protects against the areola drifting back down over time. Her cleavage and nipple-implant harmony are much improved, and the scars will keep fading.
