Dr. Levesque on the Augmentation Mastopexy
An augmentation mastopexy has to solve two problems at once: the sagging (treated by the lift) and the lost volume (treated by the implant). A dual-plane, moderate-projection 340cc implant restores the upper-pole slope while the full lift recenters the nipple at the most projecting part of the breast.
Reducing the areola and balancing the skin above and below it is what makes the result look proportioned rather than just bigger. The fold scars are hidden, and at three months they're still pink but will flatten and fade over the year.
