Breast Reduction — Before & After

This patient wanted a modest reduction in breast size with improved lift and contour. Dr. Levesque performed a breast lift with a small reduction using a superomedial-pedicle technique and an inverted-T (Wise pattern) skin excision to reshape and elevate the breasts while keeping a natural proportion — removing about 240 grams from the right breast and 300 grams from the left to improve symmetry. She is shown early in recovery; the inverted-T scars are expectedly pink and will keep fading over the coming months.
