Breast Reduction — Before & After

This patient in her 50s had heavy breasts (a 34G bra) with neck and shoulder pain and wanted a significant reduction. Dr. Levesque performed a superior-medial-pedicle breast reduction with a Wise-pattern skin excision, combined with VASER-assisted liposuction of the lateral chest to reduce outer-chest fullness and improve contour. About 300 grams of breast tissue was removed from each side, with roughly 300 cc of liposuction on each lateral chest. She is shown at one year with significant size reduction, better symmetry, a higher nipple-areola, and well-faded scars.
