This active young mother developed breast enlargement after pregnancy and had back and neck pain, trouble finding clothing, and difficulty exercising while coaching cheer. Guided by a Vectra 3D simulation, Dr. Levesque performed a sculpted-pillar breast reduction with a lift — the technique preserves the upper breast tissue while removing excess lower tissue and narrowing the breast. About 150 grams (roughly a cup size) was removed from each side. The skin excess required an anchor (Wise-pattern) scar, shown early in healing. Her posture also improved from removing the excess weight.
