Breast Revision — Before & After

This patient had a prior saline augmentation placed through the armpit (axillary) by another surgeon and came in with asymmetry, lateral implant displacement (worse on the right), and animation of the implants with pectoralis activation — plus she wanted to be a little larger with more cleavage. A Vectra 3D simulation guided the plan. Dr. Levesque removed the ~360cc saline implants, switched the pocket from under the muscle to above it (subglandular) to eliminate the animation, added 120cc of fat grafting for coverage, placed larger 485cc gel implants for closer cleavage, and used Durasorb absorbable mesh as an internal bra to stabilize implant position.
