This patient had neck and lower-face laxity, a lengthening upper lip, and early volume loss across the medial cheek, piriform, ear lobes, orbital rim, and temples. Dr. Levesque performed a deep plane facelift with deep neck contouring and a lateral neck lift in-office under local anesthesia, added fat grafting to multiple facial areas, and finished with a bullhorn upper lip lift to subtly shorten and refine the perioral region in harmony with the refreshed face and neck.
