Deep Plane Facelift — Before & After

This patient had a face and neck lift by a different surgeon 14 years earlier and returned once she learned Dr. Levesque performs facelifts under local anesthesia. He performed an in-office deep plane face and neck lift with anterior deep neck contouring (subplatysmal fat removal and platysmaplasty), vertically-directed deep plane SMAS repositioning, and lateral platysmaplasty, plus 22 cc of fat transfer to the orbital rims, temples, medial cheeks, ear lobes, and piriform aperture. The goal was a moderate, natural reversal of aging with nearly invisible scars.
