She'd researched deep plane facelifts specifically and was surprised we do them in-office under local. The deep plane resuspends the sagging tissue and lifts the malar fat back over the cheekbones, and fat grafting restores what volume loss had thinned.

Her result is very natural — not tight, not overdone — with a nice improvement in her facial contours while still looking like herself. Early scars are still slightly pink and will fade as the hair grows through to camouflage them.
