Tummy Tuck — Before & After

This active mother of three had a prior breast reduction but wanted more upper-pole fullness, and was unhappy with her abdominal contour. Dr. Levesque performed a breast augmentation with 310 cc moderate-profile Sientra implants in a subglandular position — taller/wider for upper fullness without excess projection — along with a tummy tuck, abdominal-wall plication, and about 800 cc of abdominal liposuction plus 100 cc from the lateral chest. Done at an accredited center with Lovenox DVT prophylaxis and ERAS protocols.
