A Vaser lipoabdominoplasty with 360 liposuction lets me remove the excess lower-abdominal skin while sculpting the whole torso, and adding conservative thigh and arm liposuction brings the proportions into balance. We chose not to inject fat here to keep the result subtle and the scarring minimal.
At a BMI of 23.8 she was already in good shape, so the goal was an athletic hourglass without contour irregularities. Her natural curves are maintained and nothing looks artificial.
