This patient returned for a second-stage procedure, building on a previous breast augmentation and Vaser Lipo360 with Brazilian butt lift. Dr. Levesque refined and augmented the buttock contours (BBL), sculpted the back and flanks with Vaser Lipo360 of the torso, and performed a lipoabdominoplasty — a full tummy tuck — to address abdominal-wall muscle laxity. A transversalis plane (TAP) block with Exparel was used for a smoother recovery.

This was a planned second stage. Building on her earlier BBL and Vaser Lipo360, we refined the buttock projection, re-sculpted the back and flanks, and added a full lipoabdominoplasty to tighten the abdominal wall that liposuction alone couldn't address.

Staging lets us push the contour further while keeping each operation safe. A TAP block with Exparel keeps the tummy-tuck recovery smoother and gets patients back to work and exercise sooner.
