She's an excellent example of why we recommend treating the torso in 360 degrees — the change in her silhouette from sculpting the back, flanks, and lateral chest is far beyond what a tummy tuck alone would achieve. We removed 3.85 liters of fat and resected the excess abdominal skin.
Transferring 300 cc of the removed fat to each breast balances the upper and lower body without implants. At three months her contours are already excellent and the scar is well concealed and still improving.
