This is a nice example of using a patient's own tissue efficiently — the fat removed from the abdomen and flanks was transferred to the breasts, so we could remove her implants and lift the breasts without adding new ones. Vaser liposuction helps the skin retract.
The abdominal wall diastasis was repaired and about 1150 cc of fat removed. She's healing well with better shape and proportions; the scars are young and will keep improving.
