Tummy Tuck — Before & After

This mother was unhappy with her abdominal contour despite being in great shape with good diet and exercise. Dr. Levesque performed a lipoabdominoplasty — combining liposuction of the abdomen and flanks with a tummy tuck to remove fat and skin and tighten the abdominal muscles. He trained in the technique with Dr. Alain Polynice and co-authored an Aesthetic Surgery Journal paper demonstrating its safety in the outpatient setting, using an ERAS protocol and blood-thinner prophylaxis. She is shown at six months with scars intentionally visible.
