This mother couldn't reach her abdominal goals despite good diet and exercise. Dr. Levesque performed a lipoabdominoplasty in a single procedure — removing excess skin and stretch marks, tightening the abdominal muscles and repairing the pregnancy-related rectus diastasis, and removing excess fat from the abdomen and flanks. It was done outpatient with an ERAS protocol and a smooth recovery. She is shown six months out with improvement in the flanks, abdomen, and hips; the scar is still early and will keep fading over the next year.
