Breast Augmentation — Before & After

This patient felt her breasts were out of proportion to her body. On exam she had signs of tuberous/constricted breasts — a short nipple-to-fold distance, a tight lower pole, and a narrow breast base relative to her chest. Guided by 3D VECTRA simulation, Dr. Levesque chose a larger moderate-profile implant (630cc) for a wide, tall round shape, and a subfascial pocket to redistribute the constricted tissue. To create a natural lower pole he intentionally lowered the fold by 1.5 cm — a high-risk maneuver — using strategic tissue release and internal suturing to control the new crease and avoid a double-bubble. The result is a balanced enlargement that better matches her frame; a small amount of baseline nipple asymmetry remains, since no lift was performed.
