This patient had lost breast volume after childbirth and was bothered by asymmetry between the breasts. On exam she showed signs of lower-pole constriction and inframammary fold asymmetry. Guided by 3D VECTRA simulation, Dr. Levesque used a Dual Plane II (partial submuscular) technique with a 485cc Sientra HSC smooth-round moderate-plus implant. The dual-plane release helped expand the constricted lower poles and even out the fold asymmetry while restoring volume.
