Breast Augmentation — Before & After

This patient wanted an augmentation proportional to her frame, with upper-pole fullness and cleavage. 3D VECTRA imaging guided a 590cc Sientra silicone implant placed in a dual-plane pocket through an inframammary fold incision, which is well disguised. Dr. Levesque also used the fold technique to camouflage some baseline asymmetry. As always, he used an ERAS protocol with multimodal pain control plus a Keller funnel, no-touch technique, and betadine and antibiotic irrigation to minimize complication risk and speed recovery.
