Breast Reduction — Before & After

This healthy woman in her 30s had struggled for years with back pain, neck pain, difficulty exercising, and trouble finding clothing that fit because of her breast size. Dr. Levesque performed a superior-pedicle breast reduction with a Wise-pattern skin excision — preserving the upper breast tissue for a youthful shape while maintaining nipple blood supply and sensation, and removing the heaviest tissue along the inframammary fold. The Wise pattern removes excess skin, elevates the nipple to a central position, and reduces the areola. She is shown at three months; the scars are still pink and will keep fading over the next nine months.
