Breast Revision — Before & After

This patient had a prior saline breast augmentation placed through the belly button (TUBA) by another surgeon and developed capsular contracture on the right and ptosis on the left. Dr. Levesque intentionally ruptured the implants three weeks before surgery so the tissue could contract and she could evaluate her desired size, then removed the old implants entirely and replaced the volume with her own fat — 200 cc to the right breast and 380 cc to the left, harvested via a lipoabdominoplasty that removed 1150 cc from the abdomen — combined with a breast lift. Her final result contains no implants at all.
